Who we are

This website is run by Global Limousine Service Inc., which operates Chicago Airport Limo Service in Chicago, Illinois. You can reach us at info@chicagoairportlimoservice.com or (773) 848-0029, at any hour.

What we collect

When you book a ride, the booking form asks for what we need to arrange it: the pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time, your flight details, the number of passengers and bags, and your name and contact details.

If you call or email us instead, we have whatever you tell us in that call or message.

We also count visits to this website, without knowing who you are. See How we count visits below.

Why we collect it

To confirm your ride, track your flight, send the right car and chauffeur, and contact you about the trip. That is the only reason.

The booking page

Bookings are made on a booking page run by LimoAnywhere, the reservation system we use (book.mylimobiz.com). What you enter there goes to that system so we can confirm your ride. The booking page uses Google Maps to look up addresses, and it uses the same Google Analytics as this website, so a visit that ends in a booking is counted as one visit, with the booking's confirmation number and fare.

How we count visits

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, where they arrived from, how far down a page they scroll, which buttons they tap (for example Reserve, or our phone number), whether they reached the booking form, and which questions they open. It never sees what you type, and we do not record your screen.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can tell one visit from the next. It does not tell us who you are. We connect it to our Google Ads account for one purpose: to count which visits from our ads led to a phone tap or a booking. We do not use it to show you ads, and it does not follow you to other sites.

Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, block it with your browser's cookie settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not record your screen or your calls. We do not show you ads around the internet because you visited this site.

Who else sees it

A few services help us run the website and your booking. Each sees only what it needs: LimoAnywhere holds your booking, and Google Analytics counts visits as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to provide the ride and keep our business records. If you ask us to delete what we hold about you, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@chicagoairportlimoservice.com or call (773) 848-0029.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 without a parent or guardian arranging the ride.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below.
